From what I could gather from the babelfish translation, this is a program to log player's names, wins and losses (among others) for a card game called Skat. (Maybe similar to bridge?) The entire program is in German. There are screenshots on the site above if you look in the 'documentation' area. Strangely for a site in German, the word 'screenshots' is easy to find.
